Very pleased with Dr. Ritzow and his team doing my hip replacement. Liked the daily texts after my surgery, the texts give you a time-line as you heal and what to expect. Texts were very helpful answering questions as they arise as you progress.

I highly recommend OSI and Dr. Ritzow’s team for shoulder replacement surgery. See details below for my honest review. I recently had total shoulder replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. The whole process was very streamlined from pre-op preparation, to the actual surgery through post-op recovery. Post surgery, all my recovery questions were readily answered via their automated text messaging system, hard copy printouts, online training, phone call follow-ups, onsite visits and their Healow App. You may be as apprehensive as I was for this type of surgery. Just know that you’ll be in very good hands with this team. Everyone involved in this whole process including (scheduling, nursing, surgery staff, receptionists, etc.) are extremely professional, empathetic and friendly. Thank you to everyone involved. Everyone I worked with made for a pleasant experience. The surgery (hip replacement) itself was so smooth and painless--didn't need any pain killers at all. And since I am an older petson the therapy girls (Jordan & Courtney) were both so helpful and understanding. In turn, not once did I fart while doing my workouts!! My final visit with Doc Ritzow just made me smile about the whole procedure.

I felt that I was wonderfully taken care of from my first visit with Dr. Ritzow. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong with my knee as well as going through my X-rays and MRIs. I felt nothing but confidence going into the procedure. The surgery went well and I felt very cared for from day 1. I loved the texts daily with reminders and helps for my recovery. My calls were always returned if I needed a prescription or information. I have recommended Dr. Ritzow to several people and can’t say enough about the care I was given at OSI.

I had a right hip replacement. Dr. Ritzow also did my left hip eight years ago. Had a great experience with Dr Ritzow, Kim and his staff. I am pain free. Always willing to answer questions. The texts that I received daily were helpful and encouraging. Their phone calls checking up on me were also nice.

Very happy I had my complete knee replacement at OSI. Dr Ritzow and his team explained and answered all my questions before and the team after surgery was great in the recovery room. I will need my other knee done next 2years or so . I will definitely be coming back to OSI and Dr Ritzow and his team to replace that one. The text messages were very helpful thru the whole process. Very informative before and during recovery at home.
